Conspicious Consumption V1.00 (52K) Build a functional station with 5 of every building and 10 of every statue. Plenty of energy credits will be available, and plenty of peeps will come once you've opened the station. The challenge is in the layout.

Year of the Cat Part A V1.00 (545K) This modification to Year of the Cat adds a custom sky. The catch is that it causes an error message upon loading the mission. According to Tom Forsythe at MuckyFoot this error is harmless. Just press the Enter key when it occurs. Apply this mission over top of the first one.

Low Orbit (12 KB) Matthew Karrigan has made a new mission called "Low Orbit." In this mission, you must do all that Gor boss tells you to do or you might regret it, because, as it says in the mission "with six heavily armed Kasvagorians asking the question, saying 'no' probably wouldn't have been the smartest thing to do". This mission is great, so go and get it. EDIT: Some bugs were found and have been adressed.

Sin City V1.00 (9K) "A space-borne den of iniquity. Build a station with nothing but bars, love nests, and casinos for entertainment. Make 1,000,000e and collect 10 turdites to win."

|
Newcomer V1.01 (50K) "Become a financial success in a galaxy full of aliens unwilling to believe in the sentience of human beings. Everyone but Arona will sell you artworks, scuzzers and basic goods, but nothing else. They will buy items if you can manufacture them. Arona will not buy much from you but he will sell you technology - if you can afford it!"

Turakken Space University (27K) "The under-funded and absent-minded double-domes want you to discover 60 new technologies. You start with next to nothing. TIP: Remember that a port will cost you 10,000e when you are building your facilities."

Startopia Fansite Kit: From Mucky Foot - "A number of people have mailed us asking for a logo or a button they can use on their site. We thought we'd go one step further and knock up a fansite kit for you to use. The kit includes logos in a easily usable form, tileable textures from within the game itself (and some that are cool but didn't make it), button size portraits of the aliens, and even the crates in the game. We hope the kit is of use to you and we look forward to seeing what you do with it. |

Fintan Darragh at the Natnif Network is developing mods for all of the original 10 missions. So far, he has made easier versions of all of the missions, and is in the process of making harder versions. He also has made one mission called "The Salthog Disaster" which is based on the station you were on in the first mission. In his words ~ "The weather systems that control the conditions of the Groulien homeworld have gone narners. This has caused the crops that are usually grown on the homeworld to die, and so a famine has started. It is your job to supply the entire planet with food, and not just a bit of food, 150 crates of it!" Find out more about it and get it by following the link. |

ZogCorp - Galactic Zogburgers V1.1 (8.49K) "The mission challenges you to run a successful deep-space burger bar for 55 galactic rotations. As an appointed franchisee of the Zog-Burger Corporation, you'll need to deal with awkward customers, production line crisis, and the evil DARK HOOVER - sector chief of the Imperial Health & Safety comission."

Trove Station V1.03 (118K) "Stations & Skrashers: hack-n-slash in outer space. Governed purely by the roll of the die, "Trove Station" is rambunctous while still allowing you to go at your own pace. Version 1.01 corrects "trove" to "trove station" in several lines in mish.txt., V1.02 blocks temple as treasure and corrects segment 4 unlocking too soon. V1.03 adds all of the other traders and repairs some broken treasure routines. There is an alternative mish file for those who want to play with no merchants at all. With no merchants it becomes a game much more at the mercy of chance. Either way is fun."

Karmarama Farmer Drama V1.01 (14.4K) "Written to a storyline supplied by Zakalwe of the Eidos Startopia Forum. You must run a farming station during a period of heavy asteroid activity which prevents trading ships from calling. The plants that you grow are extremely important to the Karmarama as their sun has been acting up and they are having a severe drought. Famine and plague are rampant on the Karmarama homeworld but they will send who they can to help you."
Kamarama Farmer Drama V1.10 (16.6K) "As above but with more exciting end-game. For those of you who found the latter half of the above version boring. This version also makes some tweaks on other minor aspects. Readme.txt in mission directory explains how to take the exciting bits back out if you just want the tweaks. Final version of this mission unless bug-fixes are required."
Written by: Zakalwe; Produced by: Sandra Linkletter |

Version 1.101b -- This patch has no newer features than the old patch, and is fully compatible with the old patch across multiplayer and save games, however it will solve the problems some people are having with the original.
