9/22/01 - Hurray! The gallery is finally back up. I have added a bunch of screenshots and some artifacts that I found while looking around GameSpot. You will probably be some of the first people to see them. They include pictures of the fabled Fighting Pit and all of the cursors, energy counters, and management screens that you can find. ------------------------------ There is a new user-made mission in the files section. It is called "The Turakken Space University" and is by: Kai Hortmann. In this mission you have to discover 60 new technologies for the "double-domes" and you start off with next to nothing. You should be very well aquainted with Startopia before you try this one. _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ 9/17/01 - Due to a slight, umm... how shall I put this, "accident" on my part, the gallery is un-available for viewing at this moment. I hope I will be able to start updating again soon. I extend my condolences to any of you who have lost family members or friends in these attacks. What the contest entails is as follows: send in your best bio-deck screenshot in and when the contest ends, all of the screenshots will be judged according to how good you got your biodeck to look. The contest does not have an official closing date yet, but Szyslak will give at least one week's notice before the contest closes. The prize to be won is a Startopia poster signed by all of the Mucky Footers (see picture here). If you are interested in signing up, contact him here. When there are enough people, a game schedule will be set up and the games will begin.
